THE AVTRIP MADNESS BRACKET CHALLENGE SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The AVTRIP Madness Bracket Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on March 15, 2026, after the NCAA selections occur and ends on March 19, 2026, at 12 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (D.C.) (EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW), AND WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER, AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY (“ENTRANT”). ALL OTHERS ARE INELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN AND WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. Employees of Avfuel Corporation (“Sponsor”) and its respective officers, directors, agents, parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household with such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor’s computer will be the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit the www.AVTRIPmadness.com and complete a bracket, by providing the requested contact information (“Entry” or “Entries”). Entrants will be asked to provide first and last name, mailing address, phone number and email address. Entrants may also be asked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.

LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, unreadable, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Please also see the “Entrant’s Personal Information” section below, of these Official Rules.

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: Sponsor will select the highest scoring Entry as the potential Prize Winner from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, after the conclusion of the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship Game on April 6, 2026. After the selection date, the potential Prize Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The potential Prize Winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and except where prohibited by law, a publicity release form, which must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim his/her prize. If the potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts, or fails to sign and return the required forms within the required time period, potential Prize Winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that the potential Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the Prize to an alternate winner by selecting the second highest scoring Entry from among all remaining eligible Entries. Only one (1) alternate winner will be selected, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential Prize Winner will be declared an official Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE/ODDS: Your choice of: (a) 100,000 AVTRIP Points (cash value of $500.00) added to the Prize Winner’s AVTRIP Account and available for redemption under the AVTRIP Program Guidelines; or (b) a check for $500.00. The Prize Winner will be required to provide, to Sponsor, his or her Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes as Prize Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of a Prize. In the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a selected Prize Winner may be required to forfeit the prize and an alternate prize winner may be selected (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) in accordance with these Official Rules from the remaining eligible Entrants if selected Prize Winner (i) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; or (ii) fails to comply with these Official Rules. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, the acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Prize Winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional compensation, prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, the Prize Winner must provide written consent to such use.

RELEASE: By participating (a) Entrants release Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, limited liability companies, suppliers, distributors, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors, dealerships, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages, of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (b) Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize(s) (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes; and (c) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, the prize quality or availability.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of Sweepstakes materials, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the Prize Winner, including any such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, the Sweepstakes and randomly select the Prize Winner from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at www.AVTRIPmadness.com. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the federal, state and local courts for Washtenaw County, Michigan; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Michigan.

PRIZE WINNER’S NAME: The name of the Prize Winner is available after May 1, 2026 and may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Prize Winner’s name, AVTRIP Madness Bracket Challenge Sweepstakes c/o Avfuel Corporation, 47 W. Ellsworth Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48108, for receipt no later than January 31, 2027.

ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Statement located at www.Avfuel.com. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Statement.

Pooltracker addendum

Scoring Disputes
Pooltracker will post the scores shortly after every "playing day" in every round, unless unforeseen complications arise. Scoring disputes must be emailed to [email protected] 24 hours prior to start of each round. Any disputes arriving after this time will not be addressed. All scores are final following the start of the next round. Pooltracker reserves the right to deny any scoring inaccuracies at any time due to circumstances beyond our control. It is each player's responsibility to confirm their own selections.

Winning Strategy
There is a great deal of strategy that goes into the game of the BRACKET CHALLENGE. No one strategy has proven to be the best. Some players wish to select their favorite teams. Some players will want to pick the highest ranked teams to meet in the finals. There are many different strategies that have won. College Hoops is a great sport, so whatever your strategy, remember to have fun and enjoy the game.

Special Reserved Rights
Any player caught or suspected of system tampering, game interference or breaking our terms and conditions, may be removed without refund from the site at any time and without notice. Pooltracker also reserves the right to pursue legal and criminal action upon those member(s). This Game may not be used in connection with any form of gambling. The Game is strictly for entertainment purposes only. Pooltracker is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected on-line entries or transactions, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Pooltracker reserves the right to halt or modify the contest at any time during the contest period if events beyond their control compromise the contest's fairness or integrity. In the event that a scheduled game is canceled or preempted for any reason, no points will be awarded for that day on the affected basketball teams. Pooltracker is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes, if prizes are offered.

Internet Problems
If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, terrorism, work stoppage, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Pooltracker which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Pooltracker reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

Technology Problems
Pooltracker assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. Pooltracker is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer
Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and Internet access. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company's control, or otherwise. The Company disclaims any liability for received entries due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest.

Conduct and Decisions
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior directed towards Sponsor, Pooltracker or other participating players via email, phone, text, social media, in person or by any other means is strictly prohibited ("Prohibited Behavior"). Individuals who participate in Prohibited Behavior as solely determined by Pooltracker shall be terminated from this Contest and all future Contests on Pooltracker. The Sponsor will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Sponsor's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminatethis Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Sponsor and are final. The Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
